For my final project I created an interactive Weight Watchers© program. The daily journal keeps a record of the Points© used for the day, along with weekly allowance Point. Users are able to store foods within the program by entering information (portion, fat, fiber and calories) and it will calculate the Points value for each. By saving each it allows users to easily add the foods to their daily journal. Users can also easily enter exercise information to boost their daily allowance. The program also keeps a record of weigh-ins and uses these weights to calculate daily allowance. Program written in Java with Swing without any UI generating programs.
